The only thing is will window stop  all the  other  versions of  Windows so  you  will be forced the  get W10. I say this because 8 isn't like all of microsoft's previous operating systems, it is a touch based ios that is designed mostly for mobile platforms, not desktop use clearly if you have seen any windows 8 demos, why on earth would you want to use that on a desktop?
